Business Development Executive (OEM / E-Waste/ Electronics)
North US Remote (site is based in South Wisconsin)
$100-140k per annum commission benefits (OTE $160-240k per annum)

THE ROLE:
• Drive new business development across OEMs, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling networks.
• Build and sustain high-value client relationships to secure long-term supply and recovery contracts.
• Identify and develop opportunities within the electronic waste and circular economy value chain.
• Partner with operations and leadership to influence commercial strategy at new and existing sites.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability forums.
THE PERSON:
• Proven track record in business development or sales within E-waste, electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related industries.
• Strong understanding of electronic waste regulations (e.g., WEEE, R2, e-Stewards) and sustainable supply chain practices.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Self-starter who thrives in a greenfield, fast-scaling environment.
