About Ernds™:
Ernds™ is NYC's newest on-demand errand and personal concierge platform launching Fall 2026. We connect busy New Yorkers with trusted local runners who handle the everyday tasks people do not have time for. Grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, line waiting, drop-offs and more. We are building our founding runner team NOW and want the right people on the ground floor before we go live.
What You Will Do:
Run errands for customers across Queens and Manhattan including grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, package drop-offs, line waiting, and personal assistant tasks. Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each errand. Use the Ernds app to accept jobs, track tasks, and complete deliveries. Represent the Ernds™ brand with professionalism and reliability at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Reliable personal transportation (car, bike, or consistent subway access). Familiarity with Queens and/or Manhattan neighborhoods. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. A self-starter who takes pride in doing the job right.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with full schedule flexibility. You are your own boss.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in or have reliable access to Queens and/or Manhattan
- Must have reliable transportation (car, bicycle, or consistent subway access)
- Must own a smartphone (iOS or Android) to use the Ernds™ app
- Must be eligible to work in the United States as an independent contractor
- All runners complete a standard onboarding process before their first job
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, delivery, personal assistance, or hospitality
- Familiarity with NYC neighborhoods, local stores, and transit routes
- Strong communication skills via text and phone
- Ability to manage multiple task details accurately
- Experience working independently without direct supervision
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
