Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic projects within the assigned department.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and team initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, or business outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and deliverables.
- Present project updates and final recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Follow company safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate ERMCO's POWER Values in daily interactions and work activities.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Pursuing a degree related to the area of assignment, such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in a business setting.
- Previous internship, co-op, leadership, campus organization, or project experience.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or corporate business functions.
- Experience with data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Gain hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing organization.
