Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator at ERMCO, you’ll:
Operate and monitor machinery to support daily production goals
Set up machines with correct specs and materials based on work orders
Inspect materials and parts to ensure they meet our quality standards
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues
Accurately package finished products for the next stage of production
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Move and handle materials safely throughout the production floor

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
Basic math and reading comprehension
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and be active throughout the shift
Forklift certification is a plus (training provided for qualified candidates)
