Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Food Broker/Business Development professional located in Philadelphia, PA. The individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, driving sales, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, working with Manufacturers, Distributors and End Users. Collaboration with internal teams to strategize and promote products is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Proven experience in Brokerage and Sales within the food or related industries
- Ability to deliver effective Training and support to customers and team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Experience in the food industry and knowledge of local markets is beneficial
