Responsible for communication flow within the department, answering the telephone with a friendly attitude, working with physician offices and all hospital departments to schedule patients for surgery and outpatient visits. Verifies the next day surgery schedule and working between departments to place the patients at the correct surgical time. The employee will provide the schedule to departments as needed.
