This dual-role structure enables deeper alignment between marketing strategy and growth initiatives, particularly in the areas of physician relations, referral development, and service line expansion. The business development responsibilities for this role are defined and directed by the Business Development department and serve as an integrated extension of their strategic goals.

Campaign & Project Implementation
- Support assigned Marketing Strategists in executing multichannel campaigns, promotions, and service line initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, track tasks, and follow up with internal and external partners to ensure progress and accountability.
- Manage and maintain campaign planning documents, creative trackers, and internal reporting templates.
- Interface with the Creative, Digital/Web, and Communications teams to assist in routing assets, collecting feedback, and coordinating timelines.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact between strategists and functional partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Communicate needs clearly and respectfully across departments, with a focus on shared success and transparency.
- Contribute to the preparation of creative briefs, digital content calendars, and internal presentations.
