Organizes resources to repair or troubleshoot facilities systems and components. Works to develop smooth teamwork and to enhance the team member skills through training.
Education
Required: High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Associate degree preferred
Experience
Required: Eight years experience in maintenance operations.
Three or more years in a supervisory role.

Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration
Required: HVAC Mechanic License
Certification in Proper Refrigerant Practices as a Type I & Type II Technician approved by the EPA as required by 40 CFR part 42

Basic computers skills with knowledge of internet.
