Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
• Assist clients in the claims process.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members to support office operations.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher (preferred).
• Proven experience in an account management or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Have (or willing to obtain) Michigan Department of Insurance License in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
