We are looking for a full-time Body Sculpting Specialist to join our South County (Dana Point and Mission Viejo) team! We're looking for someone who's passionate about creating amazing patient experiences and contributing to our fun, dynamic company culture. The Body Sculpting Specialist is responsible for administering a variety of non-invasive body treatments and aesthetic procedures while ensuring each patient received an outstanding experience. During downtime between treatments, this role will also provide support to the front office team by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, appointment scheduling, etc. This role will be available to treat patients 3 days out of the week, and the fourth day will be spent helping front or back office in clinic. 

SCHEDULE: alternative work week WEDNESDAYS - SATURDAYS, 10 HOUR SHIFTS

Would be full-time splitting time between Dana Point and Mission Viejo as business needs allow. 

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Treatment Duties:

• Sales savvy: help with sales across all treatments and skincare!
• Perform and monitor body contouring and aesthetic treatments including:
  • Coolsculpting
  • EmSculpt / EmSculpt NEO
  • Emsella 
  • Venus Nova
  • Hydrafacial & DiamondGlow
  • LED Light Therapy
• Educate our fabulous patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and skincare product recommendations
• Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and outcomes
• Keep treatment rooms squeaky clean, stocked, and ready for action
• Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and protocol standards
• Discuss skincare regimens with our main brands: Alastin and SkinMedica

Front Office Support:

• Greet patients like they are friends and family
• Check in/out, and make magic happen in between 
• Manage inquires and book appointments as needed
• Process payments and retail purchases
• Support your fellow babes with the flow of front office during peak hours or downtime in treatments
• Collaborate with the front and back office teams to ensure seamless operations
• Bring the energy, organization, and kindness that makes DermFx a place patients love and find comfort 

Schedule: 

• SCHEDULE: Wed - Sat, 10 HOUR SHIFTS (alternative work week schedule)
• Split time between the South County offices: Dana Point and Mission Viejo

You will fit right in if you are:

• SALES EXPERIENCE IS HUGE! This is a sales role. Do not apply if you are afraid of sales :)

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or related field preferred

• Experience with or willingness to be trained in CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, and other listed technologies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and client scheduling software

• Obsessed about wellness, skincare, and patient care

• Share your love for skincare and treatments (Experience with brands like Alastin and SkinMedica is a HUGE plus!)

• Can handle a fast-paced, multitasking, and upbeat workplace
