Location: Norwalk, Avon, Amherst and surrounding communities

About the Role
This position combines sales and project management. You’ll follow up with company-generated leads, meet with homeowners, prepare estimates, close sales and manage projects from contract signing through the final walkthrough.
Your earning potential is driven by your results—there’s no cap on what you can earn.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and meet with homeowners
- Assess roofing needs and prepare estimates
- Close sales and build customer relationships
- Coordinate project scheduling and communication
- Oversee projects through completion
- Ensure a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organized and dependable
- Sales or project management experience preferred
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
