As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution—overseeing everything from materials management to on-site coordination, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. The Role:

• Lead and supervise the on-site installation process – ensuring quality work and safety standards are met
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
• Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process.
• Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job
• Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
• Leadership, Organization, and Conflict Resolution
• A valid driver's license with a clean record is required
• Driving a Dump Truck and DOT
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. multiple times a day
