As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution—overseeing everything from materials management to on-site coordination, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. The Role
- Lead and supervise the on-site installation process – ensuring quality work and safety standards are met
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
- Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process.
- Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job
- Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation
- Leadership, Organization, and Conflict Resolution
- A valid driver's license with a clean record is required
- Driving a Dump Truck and DOT
- Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. multiple times a day
