What We’re Looking For:
· Previous crane experience is a plus
· Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
· Manufacturing experience is a plus
· Motivated and reliable – shows up ready to work every day
· Able to handle stress and work safely under pressure
· Strong hand-eye coordination
· Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders
· Willingness to learn and grow on the job
· Excellent communication skills
