Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Meadville, PA. The Assistant Head Teller will oversee daily teller line operations, provide exceptional member service, and assist in the training and development of teller staff. Responsibilities include conducting financial transactions, resolving member inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the Head Teller in managing branch operations. The Assistant Head Teller also plays a key role in promoting credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.

Qualifications
- Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
- Team leadership, delegation, and staff training capabilities
- Knowledge of financial institution operations and compliance standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with banking software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or finance is a plus
- Prior experience in a credit union, bank teller, or similar financial services role strongly preferred
