Erie Family Health Centers, a nationally recognized top workplace with 14 sites in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Credentialing team! The Compliance and 340B Analyst will have two distinct sets of responsibilities that both require a similar skill set. The Human Resources (HR) Associate is an indispensable member of the Human Resources team and helps to cultivate an empowering and efficient workplace environment. The HR Associate supports HR daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and accurate and timely recordkeeping in all electronic systems. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for supporting HR Leadership as needed and will support the CHRO with special projects and workgroups.

*Compensation is based on each candidate’s experience, skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills, experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracks employee certification dates and communicates to staff for expiring items (CPR, Employee Authorization, etc.)
- Support new hire orientation functions in tandem with HR Business Partners. Includes daily setup and wrap-up, onsite.
- Manages supplies and orders for various needs of the HR department including swag for orientation and engagement prizes.
- Supports day-to-day clerical functions of the HR Business Partner team which can include staff communications and follow-up when needed.
- Ensures that staff are enrolled in compliance training upon hire and manages the assigning of new staff to various trainings.
- Responsible for accurate data entry and tracking in both Paycom (payroll) and Credential Stream (credentialing) systems.
- Scheduling of meetings for HR leadership, as needed.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
Education
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or 2 years of college a plus.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
Experience:
Required:
- One (1) year of administrative experience in an office setting.
- One (1) year of customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Six (6) months of HR experience supporting multiple functions.
- Six (6) months of Healthcare HR experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Required:
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Cultural competency to collaborate with a diverse employee population.
Preferred:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
