The Erie County Housing Authority is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for our North East, PA team.
Job Description
· General Repairs: Fix basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
· Turnover Prep: Ready vacant housing units for incoming residents.
· Task Management: Complete work orders in a timely manner.
· Property Care: Perform preventive upkeep and grounds maintenance.
· Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Required Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of two years in Maintenance, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC
· Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
· Communication skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and management.
· Valid driver's license required.
