- Working 1:1 with a student or within the classroom setting
- Assisting with academic skills as directed by the teacher
- Preparing materials/activities as directed by the teacher
- Comfortable using technology or willingness to learn
- Assisting with data collection on IEP goals
- Assisting in classroom management
- Implementing individual student behavior plans and tracking progress
- May need to assist with transferring/lifting students, assist with toileting and hygiene, possibly swimming
