What are the responsibilities and job description for the Persional Electric Vehicle Technician position at eRide Repair Guys?
As a PEV Tech, you will work on the eBikes, electric scooters, electric skateboards, and pretty much anything else that runs on a battery. from tire changes and tuneups to controller swaps and custom builds. We do it all at eRide Repair Guys, and we will teach you from the ground up.
We want people who are looking for a long-term fit and would like to grow with the company. We are a small company that is ready to grow, but is being held back, by the lack of trained employees that are needed to expand.
Pay is minimum wage plus piece rate. That means, you are in charge of your pay and raises. The faster you learn and harder you work, the more money you make. We need 3 people fully trained and ready to run their own shops as soon as possible, so advancements within the company to six-figure positions are very possible.
This is a new trade that is barely beginning to exist, so we do not expect someone with experience; we just want some hard workers who want to build a career with us.
Salary : $20,000 - $120,000
