As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals- Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure security and stability- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions for clients- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best support to clientsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues- Familiarity with network and server systems, including Active Directory and Exchange- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Availability to work remotely and occasionally travel to client sites as neededWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
