Responsibilities:
· Provide consistent and accurate administrative support on current projects to the Office
Administration team to ensure smooth project operations
· Assist with Bond review (scan, review, authenticate, save)
· Follow-up with responsible parties to obtain required documentation
· Assist team by entering contacts/contact sheets
· Assist in tracking of various weekly & monthly reports
· Assist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and ensuring company standards for
organization, accuracy and compliance
· Assist in regular project documentation audits
· Scan and print project plan sets
· Assist HR department with receptionist break coverage on multi-line system on an as needed basis
· Prioritize daily activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance policies
· Effective communication and teamwork with the Office Administration department, project partners,
and satellite offices.
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent attention to detail and facility with numbers
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy office environment
· Ability to work with multiple team members, in-person as well as other satellite offices
· Self-starter with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills
· Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
· Good judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly
· Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Basic Docusign knowledge
· Procore knowledge a plus
· Typing of at least 55 wpm with emphasis on accuracy
· Must possess a high school diploma or GED
