As a Marketing Analyst at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will provide support and analytical research for Erickson-Hall’s marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide insights that assist in shaping our marketing strategies, optimizing client events, and supporting our overall business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Essential Duties:
- Research and Analyze: our target audience (client and pursuit partners) and understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Assist in the development of clear, compelling, and customized proposals that effectively showcase Erickson-Hall’s and assigned pursuit partners/entities' products, services, or project plans. This involves:
- Crafting Persuasive Arguments: Articulating how the proposed solution addresses the client's needs and delivers value.
- Providing comprehensive information required for informed decision-making.
- Incorporating Visuals and Data: Using graphs, charts, images, and statistics to strengthen the proposal and enhance understanding.
- Design Build Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Erickson-Hall internal project teams, outside architects, consultants, and key subcontractors to gather accurate information and RFP response content to ensure consistency with RFP criteria.
- Editing and Quality Control: Review, edit, and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to established guidelines and brand style.
- Project Management: Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines for submission(s).
- Template and Content Management: Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates and reusable content, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze proposal submissions and outcomes, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics. (EHCC submitted proposals as well as others.)
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, funding opportunities, procurement regulations, and best practices for government proposal writing.
- Be aware of industry trends and hot topics within our industry to enhance business development initiatives.
- Assist in providing marketing materials for company events as well as event management when needed.
- Provide management with reporting on specific or company-wide accomplishments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum five years of marketing experience.
- Three years of construction industry experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Graduate of a four-year degree program preferred.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, plus strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history is required.

Salary : $66,800 - $76,200
