As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Inspects work previously completed by the company.
- Recommends additional products and services that may improve the original installation, address customer concerns, or resolve newly identified issues within the home.
- Follows up with customers throughout the service process to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and resolved.
- Completes all required paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintains a clean and professional work area, taking proactive steps to leave the customer’s home as clean as, or better than it was found.
- Safely and efficiently unloads, cleans, and organizes the company vehicle and equipment upon returning to the facility.
Field Service Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred and 1 years of experience in the construction trades.
- Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
- Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet.
- Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time.
- Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
- Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
- A valid driver’s license safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
- Ability to understand English
