Eric von Schledorn Quicklane is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Random Lake, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid mechanical foundation who is eager to grow their career with a busy, reputable Ford dealership. What You Will Do:
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate automotive issues
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend services
- Provide accurate, honest recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Entry-level candidates with a solid understanding of automotive mechanics (vocational school training, prior shop experience, or strong hobby-level mechanical knowledge is preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction well
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Own basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them)
Ford or Quicklane experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
