I opened my first State Farm agency in 2010 and a second location in 2022, and together they’re supported by a close-knit team of 6 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I worked in mortgages, but I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for serving people. I’m a University of Houston graduate, a husband and father of four, and an avid cyclist — I’ve biked cross-country and ride to Iowa every year.
Community involvement is a huge part of who I am; I serve on the Chamber of Commerce board, sponsor countless local events, support youth sports, and stay active in my church.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Strobel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
