Job Summary
Supervisor is responsible for overseeing crews in the field, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality completion of jobs. The foreman is also responsible for training crews and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This job requires completion of Expense Reports and Daily Logs and weekly/monthly reports.
Job Duties:
- Work with and manage a crew at each job-site
- Ensure safety protocols are maintained throughout each shift
- Create a positive work environment
- Delegate job duties
- Operate heavy equipment (will certify)
- Train team members on effectively completing a quality product
- Ensure crews have necessary machinery, tools and materials- complete load out checklist
- Inspect work throughout the installation process
- Stay on top of job needs and changes.
- Communicate any needs to the office team as soon as possible
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork. Expense and Daily Reports, timecards, cost/ activities completed per job, weather reports, equipment records and material inventory
- Assist with scheduling crews based on skillset
Requirements:
- 5 years construction experience and at least 1 year Management
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Ability to travel 75%
- OSHA 30 or willingness to complete in 60 days. MUST have a minimum of OSHA 10
- Valid DL with a clean driving record *Must be 25 to operate company vehicles
MUST be able to pass a background check
Per Diem :
Daily per diem is based on nights spent in a hotel. Each night’s stay is equal to one day per diem.
Pay: $54,419.11 - $60,000.00 per year
