ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager at Eric Mayer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect new business accounts via outbound calling and referral activities
- Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services
- Diagnose customer needs to suggest additional products and services with our agency
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfort handling difficult conversations
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Outgoing and sociable
COMPENSATION:
- 55-75k per year, based on performance.
