Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance

Overview

Small Landscape company based out of Amherst, NH is looking for experienced individuals this upcoming season. License, ability to drive a truck and trailer, and at least 1 year experience with a professional landscape company are required. ​Pay is dependant on experience and work ethic. Do not apply if you can not meet the requirements.

Work areas include Nashua, Hollis, and Brookline.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, tree trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups to promote healthy growth.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like planting, edging, and installing landscape features.
• Operate heavy machinery including skidsteers and other construction equipment for hardscape projects like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Assist with tree care activities such as planting, pruning, cabling, and removal to support healthy arboriculture practices.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery and hand tools confidently.
• Extensive experience in lawn care.
• Proven expertise in landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanup.
• Knowledge of hardscape construction including patio installation and retaining wall building using power tools and manual equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
