Job Overview
Experienced Concrete Restoration Technician
Eric Harrison & Sons Concrete Restoration, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable tradesperson to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and industrial concrete restoration, structural repairs, waterproofing, masonry restoration, and specialty construction projects throughout Connecticut.
We are looking for someone with a broad skill set who takes pride in quality workmanship and is interested in building a long-term career with our company.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in concrete finishing, including slabs, sidewalks, curbs, equipment pads, and structural concrete
- Experience in masonry restoration and repair
- Experience with crack injection and polyurethane/epoxy waterproofing systems (preferred)
- Ability to read plans and work independently when required
- Experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, and other compact equipment
- Comfortable towing and backing equipment trailers
- Ability to safely drive a dump truck (CDL is a plus but not required if operating non-CDL vehicles)
- Experience with forming, reinforcing, demolition, and concrete placement
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related construction experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Willingness to travel to jobsites throughout Connecticut
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete restoration, finishing, and structural repairs
- Complete masonry restoration and repair work
- Install polyurethane and epoxy injection waterproofing systems
- Operate mini excavators, skid steers, plate compactors, and other construction equipment
- Drive dump trucks and transport equipment using company trailers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Work directly with project supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available
