We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and help maintain the high level of service our agency is known for. This role focuses on assisting clients with policy questions, processing coverage changes, and ensuring accounts remain accurate and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, values professionalism, and wants to grow their career within an independent agency environment.

  • $44,000 - $49,000 base salary based on experience
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Flexible scheduling options

  • Annual Base Salary based on experience Commission

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
  • Explain policy coverages, limits, and deductibles
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates
  • Prepare quotes and remarket policies with multiple carriers
  • Conduct renewal reviews and identify coverage opportunities

Requirements
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience
  • Active insurance license required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups
  • Proficient with agency systems, email, and office software

Salary : $44,000 - $49,000
