Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the owner and leadership team
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to guide decision-making
- Oversee and monitor the financial health of all three business entities
- Develop and support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Identify risks and opportunities through proactive financial analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to establish business goals and measure performance
- Monitor and manage cash flow across all entities
- Provide clear, concise financial reporting and recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure financial practices align with business objectives and long-term growth strategies

Requirements
