Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality with a positive attitude and be a team player. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must, as you are the first point of contact for all potential new clients. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Previous inbound sales call or intake experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of personal injury law.
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English.
- Self-motivated and supremely organized.
- Answer all communications from Possible New Clients, including after hours.
- Complete new client sign-ups.
- Create New Client cases in law management software.
- Gather and store client documents.
- Work with the case management team.
- Handle special assignments for case management and litigation paralegals.
Salary : $23 - $25
