We’re a privately owned, single-location dental practice in Delaware, OH, looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time opportunity in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your skills and contributions will truly be valued.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
• Friendly, dependable, and professional

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 4-handed chairside assisting
• Room setup and breakdown
• Fabrication and seating of temporary crowns
• Analog and digital impressions
• Printing dental models and night guards
• Lab work - trimming and mounting models

Required/Preferred Certifications:

• Dental Assisting Certification
• Dental Radiography License (required)
• Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred)
• Sealant Placement Certification (preferred)

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Occasional Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (for CE or overflow)
• Assistant hours start 30 minutes before first patient and end after cleanup
