Key Responsibilities
Prep surfaces properly (patching, sanding, taping, priming, and scraping).
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site on every job.
Execute both interior and exterior painting projects to a high standard of quality.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven professional painting experience (residential interior experience required; exterior experience is a plus).
Skills: Strong brush-and-roll skills, attention to detail, and a steady hand for clean cut-ins.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
