HR Generalist – Leave of Absence & Employee Relations
Fresno, CA | Full-Time | $25–$28/hour
ERI is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong FMLA and Leave of Absence experience to join our Fresno team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with managers, and confidently handling complex HR issues in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Manage FMLA and Leave of Absence cases across multiple states
- Track leave eligibility, documentation, deadlines, and return-to-work requirements
- Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, and corrective actions
- Assist with benefits and 401(k) administration
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports using Excel
- Support recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, and compliance
- 3 years of HR experience
- 3 years of hands-on FMLA/Leave of Absence administration
- Employee relations experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP
- Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
