Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance policies tailored to each client’s financial goals.
• Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries.
• Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base across diverse communities, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance and benefits administration standards to maintain ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and marketing techniques to generate leads and manage client relationships efficiently.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is a plus for ensuring compliance in sensitive situations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
