POSITION SUMMARY
Assists in researching, developing and implementing marketing plans at Erhardt Construction. Works with the Marketing team to ensure the company meets our marketing goals.
ACCOUNTABLILIES
· CRM and Data Management: Manage, analyze, and optimize CRM tools and data to drive marketing insights and decision-making.
· Website & Digital Marketing Optimization: Oversee website performance, SEO strategies, and stay informed on digital marketing trends to ensure online growth and effectiveness.
· Content Creation & Brand Consistency: Develop and manage high-quality content (blogs, materials) that aligns with brand standards and supports internal and external communication goals.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively across all levels of the company.
· Brand Representation & Development: Represent and continually enhance the company brand through events, community relations, and ongoing strategy initiatives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and effective customer relationship management.
- Oversee website updates and implement SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Write and edit blog content to support brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.
- Work cross-functionally with employees at all levels to support leadership and marketing initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to PR events, community relations activities, and other brand-building opportunities.
- Support the creation of internal and external marketing materials, ensuring timeliness and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify improvement areas.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing the company’s brand presence across all channels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
· Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
· Skilled using CMS platforms
· Experience using CRM platforms
· Experience using Google Analytics and Google AdWords
· Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $46,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
