By working closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, this role strengthens leadership pipelines, improves succession readiness, leads enterprise executive education and leadership development initiatives, and drives effective internal mobility. This role is responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving executive and senior leader development experiences that build organizational capability and align leadership behaviors with Ergon's long-term strategy. Job Role: Senior Manager, Talent Management

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of progressive experience in HR or talent management
- Experience leading enterprise talent processes (performance management, succession planning, talent reviews)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Master's degree
- Experience building and scaling talent management processes in a complex organization
- Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to lead senior-level talent discussions
- Deep knowledge of talent management systems and best practices
- Proven ability to influence, challenge, and align leadership on talent decisions
- Strong systems thinking and ability to integrate across multiple talent functions
- Lead enterprise talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and calibration, to ensure consistency and quality across all business units
- Lead the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of executive education and senior leadership development programs aligned with enterprise strategy and succession priorities
- Partner with executive leadership to identify organizational capability needs and translate them into targeted leadership development experiences
- Facilitate enterprise leadership programs, executive workshops, and talent forums that strengthen leadership effectiveness and cultural alignment
- Drive rigor and accountability in talent discussions, ensuring objective, data-driven decision making
- Own and enhance succession planning processes, improving bench strength and increasing "ready now" and "ready soon" pipelines
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to support effective internal mobility, promotions, and talent deployment decisions
- Identify talent risks, gaps, and pipeline needs through workforce planning and analytics
- Leverage talent data and insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes
- Enable and coach HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent assessment, development planning, and succession decisions
- Maintain and continuously improve talent management processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide leadership and direction to Talent Management Partners and Talent Analysts, ensuring strong team capability and alignment
- Foster alignment across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and business leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions
