What You'll Do
- Assist with product testing and quality control in the lab
- Collect and evaluate product samples
- Enter production and quality data into reporting systems
- Load and unload trucks and railcars
- Perform basic maintenance on pumps, mixers, racks, and other equipment
- Participate in daily safety, production, and quality meetings
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
- Complete required training and certifications
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, transportation partners, and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to learn new technology and computer systems
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to bend, climb ladders, tanks, and industrial structures
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed
