- The position will also interface with maintenance personnel, operations staff, and other internal team members as needed.
CMMS Data Support
- Assists with data entry and maintenance of asset records, work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks within the CMMS.
- Reviews and verifies system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Supports cleanup and organization of historical or inactive maintenance records.
- Organizes digital files, equipment documentation, and maintenance records.
- Assists with standardizing naming conventions and basic system structure.
- Supports record retention and documentation best practices.
- Assists in generating basic system reports for maintenance activities.
- Organizes data into spreadsheets or reports as directed.
- Provides general administrative support for maintenance system-related tasks.
- Observes maintenance planning, scheduling, and standardization.
- Learns basic maintenance system concepts, engineering terminology, and workflows.
- Participates in training and mentoring activities provided by the Maintenance Specialist.
- Develops and supports compliance tasks including but not limited to arc flash studies, fall protection certifications, backflow prevention certification, and relief valves.
- Currently enrolled in high school or an early-university student pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a college degree in a STEM-related field (engineering, technology, data, or sciences).
- Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet software.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an office setting.
- Ability to walk through operational or maintenance areas under supervision.
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and work requirements.
