Need a Handyman that can work intermittent part time as needed for 3 rental homes,
desired skills are general plumbing, drywall repair, carpentry, ceiling fan maintenance/install,
painting, some basic electrical, and some basic yard maintenance. Must be willing to travel between Wilmington DE and Smyrna DE.
