Position Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and metrics-minded Manager, Global Influencer & Social Media to own our international influencer program outside the United States as well as manage social across Ergobaby brands. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows how to turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping content and meaningful creator partnerships.
You’ll be hands-on from day one collaborating with PR and influencer teams and driving measurable results across all major platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale Ergobaby’s influencer program outside of the U.S., identifying and managing creator partnerships across priority markets including UK, Germany, Nordics, and beyond
- Lead all aspects of influencer management including sourcing, outreach, seeding, contract negotiation, briefing, content approvals, relationship building, usage rights, and performance tracking
- Build long-term creator relationships and ambassador strategies that drive trust, awareness, and conversion in global markets
- Ideate high-performing social and influencer concepts that ladder up to brand goals, briefing creators to bring to life
- Create original content—including assisting with shoot logistics, editing videos, creating graphics, and writing captions.
- Build monthly content calendars owning publishing workflows from concept to execution for brand-owned channels – including writing captions, coordinating approvals, and ensuring posts go live accurately and on schedule
- Collaborate with brand, community, and influencer teams to amplify reach and impact.
- Align with global teams to ensure consistency and cultural relevance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or other closely related field.
- 4 years of experience in influencer and social media strategy
- Experience handling influencer contracts, negociations, and talent relationship management
- Strong video editing skills and graphic design skills.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results across platforms
- Proficiency with Dash Social or similar tools
- Deep understanding of platform trends, analytics, and audience behavior across regions
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for performance
