We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and expanding our presence in the fresh produce industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in produce sales, strong industry knowledge, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
* Promote and sell our full line of fresh produce.
* Build and maintain a strong customer base.
* Achieve and exceed sales goals.
* Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
* Stay informed about produce market trends and pricing.
* Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in the fresh produce industry or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of fresh produce products and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* Ability to develop new accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
