Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving Clario’s financial planning and analysis efforts. This position supports strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis across various business segments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to prepare management reports, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help shape financial strategies that advance our mission to unlock better evidence. What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible and paid time off Remote and hybrid work options Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance and wellness programs What You’ll Be Doing Analyze financial performance across funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet Build and maintain Excel models to interpret financial data and support decision-making Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and presentations Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including model development Leverage ERP (AX), CRM (Salesforce), OneStream, and other tools to extract and analyze data Apply financial analysis techniques to develop actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes Conduct ad-hoc financial performance analysis and reporting What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1–2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior management Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
