Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Bozeman, MT. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have previous Property Management experience
- Tenant relations and lease administration experience
- Strong property maintenance and inspection skills
- Financial reporting and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in property management is preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and tools, preferably Yardi
