Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site OR remote role for ERE Sneakers Senior Buyer. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for taking charge of US supply. This includes sourcing and purchasing, negotiations with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, the creation of pre-bookings, and analyzing market trends to ensure all buys are in line with ERE Sneakers companies internal strategies. The Senior Buyer will overlook and collaborate with a team of three on site buyers already at the company. The Senior Buyer will also have additional tasks including coordinating with the category manager, as well as the operations manager to ensure timely delivery and workflow for incoming goods. This role will oversee the buying of over 56 million dollars of US supply.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in retail, with a strong background in placing pre-bookings
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions with internal data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management and logistics coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Access to additional vendor's and supply is a plus, but not needed.
Salary : $245,000 - $290,000
