What You’ll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll spend your days in the field helping residential and commercial customers solve their pest problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting properties and identifying pest issues
• Providing effective pest control solutions
• Performing pest control services safely and professionally
• Working directly with residential and commercial customers
• Explaining treatment options and recommendations
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Maintaining accurate service records
• Representing Erdye’s Pest Control with professionalism and a positive attitude

This is an active, hands-on position. You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day, and every day brings something different.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has a current Wisconsin 7.1 Structural Pest Control License
• Has a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Is dependable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can stay organized and work independently
• Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
• Wants to be part of a close-knit, hardworking team

Already Licensed? Great!

Because a Wisconsin 7.1 Structural Pest Control License is required, we’re specifically looking for experienced or currently licensed technicians who are ready to put their skills to work.

We’ll provide company-specific training and the tools you need to succeed.

Schedule

• Full-time
