JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enterprise-level change management strategies that support the adoption of changes associated with organizational goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for delivering organizational change management expertise to improve the adoption of organizational changes, supporting smooth transitions with minimal resistance, and maximizing employee success. This role will effectively advise, consult, and coach leaders through the change process. JOB DUTIES Broadly applies organizational change management principles, theories and concepts to ERCOT change requirements. A seasoned, experienced professional with an in-depth/full understanding of organizational change management. May provide recommendations regarding issues outside the bounds of defined procedures and practices. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Wide latitude for decisions within assignments, programs and projects; impact is generally limited to the project or department. Acts as a resource to advise, and may at times lead the work of lower level professional and/or support employees. Generally represents the department on projects and may perform in a project leadership role. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES Develop, manage, and lead the change management capability for the organization Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create a cohesive change management capability to support adoption of organizational initiatives Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Change Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Plan, Communication Plan, Change Readiness Assessment, Training Plan, Resistance Mitigation Plan. Consult and coach change sponsors, senior leaders, management, on change leadership concepts and strategies to ensure understanding and buy-in Support the development of training programs to help employees and leaders understand and adapt to change Identify and analyze anticipated resistance and prepare risk mitigation strategies for change management initiatives Coordinate change efforts with project management, business leaders and HR business partners Define and measure success metrics and monitor and track change progress and adoption Must be able to integrate change management plan with project management methodologies, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
