Customer Service Advocate - Full-Time
Summary of Position:
ERCO is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers, agency partners, and the markets we serve by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong knowledge of the brand’s unique heritage, range of products and distinct product attributes.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations through the CRM system based on specifications provided by agents and direct accounts.
- Provide exceptional support to customers by handling pre-sale and post-sale product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to inbound customer communications and product-related inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions that exceedexpectations.
- Maintain and manage sales reporting data within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal channels in a clear, professional, positive,and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or two-year Associates degree from a vocational college or equivalent workexperience.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service, inside sales, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with all or some: SAP ERP, CRM software package and Microsoft Teams. For the right candidate we are willing to train.

- Travel: Ability to travel both domestically, and internationally when needed.
