Multi-Skilled Tradesman / Handyman

Job Summary

ERB Handyman is looking for an experienced, professional handyman who takes pride in producing high-quality work. We are not looking for someone who only knows one trade—we're looking for someone who can confidently complete a wide variety of residential projects with minimal supervision.

If you're the person your friends call when they need something fixed because they know you'll do it right the first time, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

You'll complete a variety of residential repair and remodeling projects including:

• Drywall repairs and texture matching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Plumbing repairs and fixture installations
• Electrical repairs (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans)
• Finish carpentry
• Baseboards and crown molding
• Door and window installation
• Cabinet installation and adjustments
• Tile repairs
• Flooring installation
• Fence and gate repairs
• Deck repairs
• General home maintenance
• Punch list work
• Small remodeling projects

No two days are the same.

Requirements

• 5 years residential construction experience
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Own professional hand tools
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Excellent customer service skills

• Welding
• Concrete work
• Roofing
• HVAC experience
• Irrigation
• Smart home installation
• Window installation
• Stone or paver experience
